Process

Our PROCESS is simple. After engaging in a direct hire search, we will interact with your managers and Human Resource Department to ensure that we know about the internal structure of your organization and your people. Our team will tailor each search to your company's specific needs and identify top talent through a well defined process:

Step 1—Define the Search

Have discussion with the Hiring Managers and Human Resource Managers to gain a complete understanding of the specific positions. These consultations should also allow for a thorough understanding of the company culture, strategies, and objectives. We will take the time upfront to understand the market, competitors, and personality fits. At this point, we will agree on a timeline, terms, and expectations of the search.

Step 2- Launch Search

We will create a target list of contacts and potential candidates based on our profile and research. Alliance Technical Solutions will customize an approach that is appropriate for the specific position. Through research, networking, and sourcing we will contact and interview candidates. After analyzing the candidate’s skills, personalities, goals and objectives, we will narrow the list to include only the best candidates for the role.

Step 3- Presentation of Candidates

Alliance Technical Solutions will present the top candidates for the position and provide details on their experience and how it fits into the defined search criteria. We will manage all aspects of the interview process including scheduling, pre-interview and post interview briefing, background checks, reference checks, writing and extending offers, etc.

Step 4- Offer and Acceptance

Alliance Technical Solutions will provide detailed information to help the client’s in the hiring decision process. We will have extensive conversations with candidates about compensation, relocation, vacation, bonuses, start dates, etc. Alliance Search Solutions can assist in writing offer letters and agreements for new employees. We will also assist in managing the resignation process with the prospective hires and provide counseling on issues such as counteroffers.
