Why should we utilize Alliance Technical Solutions?
Current customers utilize our services for many reasons including but not limited to: staffing upcoming projects, hiring for niche professionals who are hard to find as well as bringing in staff during times of transition.

What is the difference between Contract, Temp, Contract to hire and a Contingency search?
Contract and Temporary (Temp) can usually be interchangeable, the minor difference is that sometimes a contract position has a specific minimum time need. (example: need someone for 6 months or more)

Contract-to-hire or sometimes called Temp-to-Perm can also be interchangeable. This is really a combination of contract and direct-hire. Where the contract portion is an extended review of an employee’s performance and can shorten your time to fill an open position. By getting the person in place then working on the details of your internal direct hire processes. We help you determine how long the contract/temp period needs to be and it can even be open ended. (example: 6 month plus contract with option to hire)

A Contingency search or direct-hire or full-time or permanent placement are basically the same, they may be used when Alliance Technical Solutions and the client have agreed on terms and conditions of a direct hire ahead of time and payment is due only for candidates that are hired by the client.


If you do not have an office in a certain location, do you still provide services for companies and job seekers in that location?
We work nationally. If you do not see your specific location listed, it is still likely that we recruit in that area as well.

How can I post a job on your site?
We are not a job board but we do post jobs for the clients that we are currently working with.

What is the typical fee for your services?
Our fees are typically a percentage of the first year salary. For more information, contact us regarding the specific position you are looking to fill.

We are headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio but have customers located all over the United States and are able to recruit nationally for their needs.
