Process

Our PROCESS is simple. After engaging with an Alliance Search recruiter, we will interact with you in a very intimate way to ensure that we outline your best interests. Our team will match your specific skills and objectives to our current and future searches.

Step 1—Initiate Relationship

Alliance Search Solutions will interview you to evaluate your skills, objectives and motivation. We will then evaluate what companies and positions are best to fit your background and career goals.

Step 2-Interview with Client

Alliance Search Solutions will then present your information along with the reasons why you are the best candidate for the specific position our client is hiring for. We then initiate and coordinate the interview process from beginning to end with our client and yourself.

Step 3-Background and Reference Checks

Alliance Search Solutions will complete reference and background check information at different stages throughout the entire process, depending on the client and specific position.

Step 4-Employment Offer

Alliance Search Solutions will assist in the job offer process. We will talk directly with you as well as the client to ensure the needs, desires and expectations are met for both parties.

Step 5-Ongoing Follow Up

Alliance Search Solutions will assist in resignation guidance, pre-start arrangements and other necessary post-acceptance procedures. We also will assess the transition and follow up several times in the first 6 months to gather feedback.
If not offered the position, we will follow up regarding other potential opportunities that may fit your career goals.
