What is the difference between a Retained and a Contingent Search?
The Retainer option is used primarily when a position must be filled within a specific period of time. Retained Search provides an extended guarantee and executive candidates are presented to you on an exclusive basis. We guarantee an agreed-upon number of in-person interviews. Payment is typically due in advance.

A Contingency search may be used when Alliance Search Solutions and the client have agreed on terms and conditions ahead of time and payment is due upon the candidate’s start date.

If you do not have an office in a certain location, do you still provide services for companies and job seekers in that location?
We work nationally. If you do not see your specific location listed, it is still likely that we recruit in that area as well.

How can I post a job on your site?
We are not a job board but we do post jobs for the clients that we are currently working with.

What industries / job functions do you recruit for?

What is the typical fee for your services?
Our fees are typically a percentage of the first year salary. For more information, contact us regarding the specific position you are looking to fill.

Where are you located?
We are headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio but have customers located all over the United States and are able to recruit nationally for their needs.
