The process of screening at Alliance begins with the Alliance recruiter. Each recruiter has an area of focus in a specific market that allows them to immerse themselves into that niche market. Recruiters attend meetings, network with others in those disciplines, and belong to groups that allow them to be experts in their specific area of focus.

What guarantees does Alliance offer on the quality of placements?
Alliance offers an 8 hour working interview with all of our placements. If you are not 100% satisfied with an employee’s performance after 8 hours of service, you are not charged any fees.

What if we want to hire an Alliance employee on as a permanent employee?
Alliance is happy to help you transition an Alliance employee to your staff. We also provide a tiered discount program based on the length of time they have provided services to your organization.
