We provide scheduled bonus payments when Alliance employees meet hour commitments while on a specific assignment for a customer. • Employee/Employer Evaluations - In general, a Human Resource Department is responsible for maintaining employer relations. Active assignments will be continually assessed by an Alliance Recruiter from both the employee and employer perspective to ensure that expectations are met. Alliance compliments the efforts of the Human Resource Department by mitigating issues and offering consultative solutions that result in positive experiences.
