RecruitmentAlliance Industrial is a specialized staffing firm with a focus on the continuous recruitment of Manufacturing and Warehouse professionals. RetentionAt Alliance, we feel we are a direct extension of your Human Resources dept. We understand the importance of merging the goals of your organization with the needs of your employees to motivate, optimize performance, and maintain employee morale. As a result, we incorporate initiatives to help achieve this goal and increase the retention of the candidates we place out to our customers:
- Payroll Deducted Benefits - Alliance employees are eligible for payroll deducted benefits from the first day they start an assignment. The medical, dental, and vision benefits are also coupled with a life insurance option for individuals or families.
- Holiday Pay / Retention Pay - For employees that show consistent loyalty to Alliance and our customers, we offer paid incentives such as Holiday Pay and Retention Pay. While Holiday Pay is a common practice in the industry, Retention Pay is unique to Alliance. We provide scheduled bonus payments when Alliance employees meet hour commitments while on a specific assignment for a customer. This helps motivate employees to complete engagements that might last 3, 6, 9 months or longer.
- Employee/Employer Evaluations - In general, a Human Resource Department is responsible for maintaining employer relations. Active assignments will be continually assessed by an Alliance Recruiter from both the employee and employer perspective to ensure that expectations are met. Alliance compliments the efforts of the Human Resource Department by mitigating issues and offering consultative solutions that result in positive experiences.

- Communication- Proactive communication with our clients has allowed us to raise the bar with respect to exceeding your traditional expectations.
