Do I need an appointment or can I just come in and apply?
To meet with a recruiter, you must schedule an appointment. The best way to start the process is to Apply Online.
If I leave a message for a recruiter, what is the average response time?
At Alliance we try to respond to all messages within 24-48 hours. Messages are documented in our staffing software system and we do our best to schedule return calls for the times that you have indicated work well for you.
Am I required to complete any testing?
Certain positions require testing, but it is entirely based on the prospective employer and position. If you are considering a specific position, please contact your Alliance Recruiter to learn more about the requirements for the consideration process.
Does Alliance conduct credit checks?
Alliance conducts credit checks for clients when necessary and when legally obtainable.

What kind of companies does Alliance work with?
Our clients vary in size. Employers range from companies with just a few employees to Fortune 500 companies with thousands of employees. During your initial interview process with your Alliance Recruiter, you are able to discuss any personal preferences you may have in regards to the kinds of companies you would be interested in working with.
How quickly can you find a position for me?
Sometimes we are able to offer you a position immediately. In general, the time it takes to place you will depend on your skills, experience, your availability, and the type of position you are seeking.
How long does an assignment last?
Assignments may range in from one day to six months or longer. Some are direct placements, where you would become a full-time employee right away.
What should I do if my assignment has ended?
Contact your Alliance recruiter immediately so they are able to consider you for any new assignments.
Am I required to give a notice if I need to end my assignment early?
Yes. Alliance requires a 1 week notice (5 business days) to terminate an assignment early. This policy is written in your terms of employment. You will need to contact your recruiter at Alliance Financial Solutions to provide such termination notice.
What should I do if I am injured on the job?
If an accident occurs and you are injured on the job, please contact your Alliance Recruiter immediately. As an Alliance Financial Solutions employee, you are covered by our Workers’ Compensation Insurance. It is important to notify us immediately so that we are able to get you the immediate attention and care needed. We must also direct you to a proper medical facility affiliated with our insurance plan.
Am I allowed to work overtime?
You are allowed to work overtime ONLY if approved by your direct manager.
What if I forgot my username or password?
Please contact your Alliance Recruiter for username information. If you forgot your password, enter your username on the sign in page and click on the remind me of my password link.
If I need verification of employment who should I contact at Alliance and what is the response time?
You will need to call our Corporate HQ at 866-939-0100 and ask for HR. Please allow for 24-48 hours to complete verifications of employment.
Pay, Benefits, and Training OpportunitiesWhat kind of pay and benefits does Alliance offer?
Alliance employees are paid on a weekly basis. Employee pay rates are based on experience, job description, and employer. Direct placement employees are paid in accordance with the employers payroll policies. As long as you are working with us and meet our standard eligibility requirements, you’ll have access to a host of benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401k and a long list of other competitive benefits.
Does Alliance offer training?
In some cases, specific experience and/or training is required. Often, for these circumstances, our recruiters are able to provide you with online training or on-site training, depending on the employer’s specific situation.
When am I eligible for benefits?
Immediately! You are able to enroll for benefits at any time within the first thirty (30) calendar days from your initial start date with Alliance. If you opted out of the benefits when you first applied, there is an open enrollment period. Open enrollment occurs once a year in the month of July (July 1st through July 31st). You will need to contact your recruiter at Alliance if you are interested in joining the benefits program.
Do you offer referral bonuses?
Yes! Alliance Financial Solutions may offer a referral bonus for each qualified and placed referral you submit to us. Please contact your recruiter for specific terms and conditions.
